An engineer from the École Centrale de Lille and a graduate of ESSEC in Finance, I have worked in industrial and service companies (automotive and payment industries) for 20 years, developping expertise in corporate finance and managing international teams.

After some personal experiences, I wanted to integrate a more human dimension into my career and trained as a professional coach in 2019 with Activision Coaching. Alongside my salaried position, I have supported teams and individuals, primarily in the engineering sphere, through collective intelligence workshops at École Centrale de Lille and individual coaching.

In 2023, I permanently left the corporate world to develop my entrepreneurial activity and assist organizations in their Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. I specifically address issues of professional equality and gender equity, inclusion of LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodiverse individuals, offering conferences, workshops, consulting, and coaching.

As a graduate of the IFFP Gestalt Therapy training school, I also provide private therapeutic support as a Gestalt practitioner.
